We are excited to offer your church a fun and engaging experience with our new BGMC Crew costumes! These foam-built costumes feature built-in fans to help keep the wearer comfortable while in costume.

Each of the four costumes includes everything shown in the photo. To help keep all components organized, each costume and its accessories are packaged separately by character.

Inside the main body of each costume is an adjustable black shoulder strap. This strap can be lengthened or shortened to properly position the costume, allowing the wearer to comfortably see through the eye openings.

These costumes were purchased through BGMC promotional funds, and we are committed to being good stewards of these resources. Our goal is to make them available to as many churches as possible while ensuring they remain in excellent condition for future use.

By completing this form, your church agrees to the following terms:

• Replacement cost for a lost or irreparably damaged costume: $750 per costume

• Damage or staining beyond normal wear, cleaning, and maintenance: $200 per costume

• Missing costume parts or accessories: $100 per missing item

The standard borrowing period is up to 5 days. Specific pickup and return dates and times will be coordinated through the District Office based on scheduling availability.
